I called several companies to get a quote. Every company E-mailed me a summary except for Southern Pro. Chad called to schedule a time to show me the product and explain the quality and warranty. I got HOA approval and Chad got me on the schedule within the month. His guys did the job in 2 days and cleaned up through the entire process. They were the best price for the quality product. I have recommended him to several neighbors! I always like passing along good experiences because it’s hard to know who can be trusted to provide good service.

Southern Pro is what I would label as a "Contractor With a Heart". I purchased a renovated home in April 2020 and a new roof was installed by Southern Pro. After the first rains of the season I noticed a leak in my bedroom and contacted SP right away. I received a call from their rep Matt the same day and he was on site the next. Even though it looked as though someone had sprayed a paint like product on this leak which would void the warranty, Southern Pro stepped up and honored their installation and product. I was overwhelmed with gratitude, as I have had so many issues inside the home and a new, leaking roof was not on my list of problems. This truly is a company with a heart and moral compass pointing directly north. Matt is one of the kindest people I have ever met and his compassion for this situation was beyond measure. I highly recommend Southern Pro for your roofing needs. They showed up when they said they would and the new portion of the roof looks amazing. A big thank you to all the kind and professional staff at Southern Pro, from the lovely gal who took my initial phone call, I believe Kiara, to Matt, Miguel and the others who turned this nightmare into memory from the past. Well done and I am sure you all made God smile and I am confident He put you in my path for a reason!

Southern Pro replaced our 22-year-old roof in May 2020. Matt Fullerton was our "project manager". He was excellent to work with, explaining what to expect and handling every detail. The crew started just before 7 am and finished around 4 pm. They did a very professional job and really cleaned up after themselves. Matt also handled all the insurance details. Bottom line - everything went as expected and we have a beautiful new roof. We could not be more pleased - happy to recommend Southern Pro Restoration.

Southern Pro Restoration did our brand new roof last month. From our first contact with the company, selecting the shingle color, and working with Scott who co-ordinated his team with the builders, they installed an amazing roof. The house isn’t even completed and everyone complements us on our roof! It's a perfect, water-tight, smooth roof and their team installed it in just over a day. They cleaned up the site when they completed the job, making sure there were nails or debris left over. We had Southern Pro come out to put a roof on our brand new construction home. Extremely punctual, fast, professional, they cleaned up after themselves and we have yet to find 1 roofing nail on the premises. They were able to put our roof on quickly and we have not had any issues with leaks or quality. Would highly recommend them as their staff and workmanship are outstanding.

Our experience with Southern Pro was absolutely by far better than what are expectations were. Mr. Spuler and a very professional and polite young man Nick made replacing a roof so easy with quick efficient workmanship. We are so grateful that Southern Pro took control involving our insurance company which was stressful in its self, and met with them so we didn’t have to go through the hacking that insurance companies can put you through. In fact , he reassured us that they would follow through and they did!! The roofing crew, and materials were very well Planned and organized, living in A gated community it can be very stressful doing any changes to your home upon approval. Southern Pro did a great job on my roof. They were able to get me in very quickly after my financing was finalized. The crew was great and finished the job quickly and left my property extremely clean. They stayed on scheduled even after finding more work to do after the old room was removed.

I cannot recommend and regret using Southern Pro Restoration, a GAF Master Elite Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor, Tampa, FL. Their roofing crew started work on my roof on October 7, 2019. They removed the old shingles, vents, etc. from my roof and then it began to rain. They did not have tarps, plastic sheets or anything else to cover the roof and protect the interior of my home. I had to furnish buckets, pans, wet/dry shop vac, etc. for them to use to collect water and clean-up. The water damage was so bad, my wife and I had to stay in a motel for 8 days. As of today, February 27, 2020, Southern Pro has not reimbursed me for several items they agreed to pay for. It has been 3 months since I sent them copies of the receipts for those items and made several calls requesting payment. They not only have not reimbursed me, they wanted payment for the “roofing job”. L & M Wesley Chapel, FL

Excellent quality and customer service from this company. We love the look of our new roof, and I watched the install like a hawk (sorry guys!) and could tell they really cared to do it right. The cleaned up very well, covered all of my shrubs and the AC, and they used the magnet to pickup errant nails afterwards. The Master Elite Certification they have with GAF made me comfortable with using them, because I knew those were the shingles I wanted. We upgraded to the water barrier underneath the shingles and it sooooo much quieter now when it rains, and we get a bigger discount on our homeowners insurance for installing this to boot. So we would definitely recommend them to you for your next roof.

I have no idea of thier roofing quality as we never even got started. This has been this biggest cluster since I started the process 6 weeks ago and signed the contract over 5 weeks ago. From day one, I informed this company that I had just purchased the home and was on the clock with my home owners insurance to get it completed before January 1st so I could maintain my insurance. They assured this should not be a problem since they are only 2-3 weeks out on projects, so I signed the contract on 11/25/19 hoping they would start by week of 12/9 or even 12/16. However, after the contract sign date the communication went completely downhill. I was told after signed contract that it would be turned over to office to start process of pulling permit and placing on schedule, but this was not 100% accurate. What they did not tell me was I needed a form notorized and returned in order to start. This took 2 days to get form to me and by that time I was gone for a 5 day Family Thanksgiving weekend trip. I mentioned to sales rep, No Big deal, just get me scheduled for an install date and I will have the paperwork completed as soon as return 12/2. On 12/3 I spoke to them and advised would be at new home the next 2 days with other service contractors, to stop by anytime to pick up form and deposit. Well 12/3 went by and no one showed up and on 12/4 I was sent a text message “on the way" which turned into another no show. At 9pm that evening of 12/4 I get a text asking if could just leave the check and form behind and they would swing by to pick up. Well that cant happen fellas, first I live an hour away and 2nd I advised had a fumigation crew I hired has starting to cover my home with a tent & poison that morning. So on 12/5 I sent them a scan of the notorized form showing I was not playing around and want to get this moving. Needless to say this was not accpetbale and it took another 4 days to get form into thier hands becuase I physically drove it to thier office. After I got form into thier hands on 12/9 (week i was hoping they start) it took them another week just to schedule me. I spoke to Justin who said could fit me in on Dec 30th. I asked what about New Years Eve and Day, dont want roof uncovered for 2-3 days while crew is off. Justin assured me my project would only take 2 days and be complete by Dec 31st afternoon. Sweet still meet my Insurance deadline. On 12/29 I get a call at 7:30pm on a Sunday Night that the crew is ready and will be there in morning. Well at 7am the 3rd party dumpster company delievered its bin and the county inspector showed up at 7:45am to approve the start of project but guess who was NOT THERE....Yep Southern Roofing crew. I get a call at 8:15am from company indicating they cannot start today because of weather. Ummm NO it did not rain or lightning today and the reason you could not start is because you missed the county inspector. I have pulled out of agreement with Southern Pro not because of roofing work, but becuase of the LACK OF WORK to even start the project. How can someone trust your company to do a good job if you do not show up to the job or meet the county inspector and/or you create excuses why failed to show. Roofing is a major investment, just like the other jobs I hired people to improve at this home, so I'm just going to give someone else my money. Sure am glad I never gave you a cash deposit.....

Came to my house and knocked on my door, even though we have no solicitation signs in the community and on my front door. After shutting the door on him, he left marketing paperwork on my doorknob, spit on my porch (captured by Ring), and walked off. Classy company.

Ian worked us into their busy schedule when we had some serious roof issues. Gabe was great to deal with and Scott and crew managed to re-roof our home in a day, even with having to remove barrel tile and repairing a lot of plywood and trusses underneath. Happy to know we can face whatever rain hurricane Dorian brings our way!

It is of my opinion that I could write a book on the bad experience we had with this company from 3 ceiling leaks(one was 3'x2'), neighbors complaining about the male workers harassing the wife and teen daughter in Spanish(little did they know they both speak Spanish very well and understood the sexual comments. Naturally the workers denied it), shingles uneven and sticking up, not showing up when they said they would, leaving the workers here for hours without supervision( one Sat. the "supervisor" said he had to go to Home Depot for supplies 10 min away and was gone 5 hours which was funny because they were here working for Lowe's). The contact person we had to communicate with was very short and rude when we had issues which we had several. Don't know where they get off using the word "pro". They had plenty of time to cover the roof with a tarp before it rained because it started thundering 2 hrs before and you could see the darkness coming way before it rained. The inspector came long after the rain stopped so there would have been time to remove it for him, no excuse! We have photos if anyone is interested and dates and times are all documented. This was an agonizing experience for us but the owner just basically said we made it up and blew it off. If it had been HIS house he might feel differently. We are not mean people, I felt so bad for the sweet female worker working on the hot roof I took her a lawn chair and cups of ice when she took her lunch breaks.

My 25 years roof needed to be replaced. Had the pleasure to meet with Melany Burcham, with Southern Pro. Since the beginning she was professional, courteous and extremely diligent with my questions. It was a very tedious and lengthy process for me. Nevertheless, she was there from the beginning until the end. Doing all that was needed and making sure all was handled correctly, at all time. I am more than impressed with her help and support, just genuinely honest and caring. Will highly recommend Southern Pro to anyone that crosses by path. Outstanding customer services…..five starts for sure.

Living in Florida for the past 31 years I never thought that I would rate any business let alone an individual 5 stars. Surprisingly I have. From our first meeting with Nick Graham to the final cleanup Nick never let us down. If we had a question, Nick was ready to provide an answer. I do not believe that words can express how pleased we are with the entire roofing process from picking out the right tile to last bit of debris pickup. Needless to say I would recommend him and this company to friends, relatives or just to anyone that needed a quality roof. I must also mention the crew that removed and installed our roof. A job completed in one day. I have monitored roof installations on other homes in our sub division and can say that none were completed in one day. My hat is off to them and those that hire such quality work persons. Thank you to all involved in making this stressful process such a good experience. Wishing all of you the best.

Gabe and Southern Pro are amazing. I had a long litigation process with my homeowners insurance and when things were finalized Gabe honored the quoted price. They were able to schedule my roof job quickly and complete it just as quickly. The work performed was done well... and I am extremely picky (engineering degree)! These guys were amazing. I spent days doing research before I settled on Southern Pro. I don't have enough good things to say about them. Nick was completely transparent from start to finish. He was upfront during the bid about possible additional costs that could be incurred and how they would be handled. The bid was lower than most other companies, and even after needing a lot more decking than I had originally planned, the total was less than several of the bids. They were really fast, explained everything along the way and cleaned up completely when they left. If I ever have to do the roof of another home I'm not even going to request bids, I'm just going to use Southern Pro.

Gabe gave us our quote in a timely fashion and answered all of our questions – we were very confident that we made the right choice by going with Southern Pro Restoration after getting several other bids. Matt was our foreman and he was very thorough in overseeing the project. We are thrilled with our new roof and we love the color that Gabe helps us select. We were very impressed with how smoothly the process went from start to finish and we were especially pleased with the team that installed the roof. They were professional, hard working and friendly. The team was mindful of our landscaping and did a great job of keeping a minimal amount of debris from our yard. Afterwards, both Gabe and Nick came by to magnetize around the house to pick up any nails which really appreciated. This company is professional and pays attention to every detail from the initial bid to the final cleanup and inspection. I contacted Southern Pro Restoration when the roof of my home needed to be replaced. Nick Graham was the sales director with whom I dealt from start to finish. I found Nick to be very polite, professional, straightforward and very prompt in following up on any outstanding item. The new roof was installed without any problems and the clean-up done by the roofing team after the job was completed was very thorough. The roof was approved by the city inspector on the first inspection . I appreciate the service that I received from Southern Pro Restoration and sales director Nick Graham, I would definitely recommend them to others who need to have a new roof installed .

I live in Apollo Beach and had a brand new metal roof put on my new construction home about 2 years ago. I went with the 5v Crimp with exposed screws for an authentic Key West feel. Also available was a standing seam metal roof without exposed screws which is also an excellent choice. Everything was perfect and I am beyond satisfied. 5 stars!
